Whimsy Midi Dress

Our Whimsy Midi Dress is the whimsical midi dress of our dreams with its three tiers of light ruffles. Its v waist and buttons adorning the front give that elongating, flattering look. And, of course, we just love the opportunity to tie a bow on each shoulder. We adore this dress.
