Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that returns must be postmarked to be sent to us within 14 days of the date when product was marked as delivered by USPS at your address provided.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customer is to include the original invoice (receipt) with return.

Items that are returned on time, are free of scents/spots/markings, unwashed, unworn, and with tag attached will result in the customer’s choosing of either a refund to the original card or a store credit in the form of an online gift card.

The gift card will be emailed, or the original card will be refunded, within 3-5 days of the date we receive your returned item.

If we cannot accept your return, we will email you.

Shop Neutral Clothing is not responsible for items in transit; if we do not receive the item, we cannot issue a gift card or complete the refund. Please contact the carrier’s (i.e USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) customer service if you are trying to locate your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Or, email us to let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. However, we need to receive your original item before we can ship your new item.

Cancelling Orders

Orders are able to be cancelled for a full refund as long as you email us at info@shopneutralclothing.com before you receive the email that states that your order has been shipped. If you emailed us after this email was sent to you, we are unable to cancel the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment if an item is wrong, defective, or damaged. Please contact us at info@shopneutralclothing.com.

Holiday Return Policy
All items purchased November 15th-December 25th will be eligible for return until January 10th. Items must be postmarked to ship by January 10th to receive an in-store credit gift card.
