Shipping policy

Shop Neutral Clothing is committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, and we usually do so within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

Orders will usually take between 4-14 business days after that for delivery, based on your location and shipping option chosen. Sales that we offer on our website may delay the process due to the fulfillment of higher order volumes. 

Once you receive an email from us stating that the order has been shipped, we at Shop Neutral Clothing are no longer responsible for the package, as the carrier (i.e USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex) is in control of the package at this point. Thank you for your understanding!
